Registration and conference fees

Formal registration is now closed. If you would still like to attend the symposium, please contact Nikki Brown at SMHI (nicola.brown@smhi.se).

Registration fees:

Ticket for the whole conference, 15-17 May: 3300 SEK inkl moms
Covers participation on site, 3 x lunches, conference dinner and refreshments.

One day ticket : 1650 SEK inkl moms
Covers participation on site for a single day and all relevant meals and refreshments:

• on 15 May, 1 x lunch, 1 x dinner and refreshments;
• on 16 May, 1 x lunch and refreshments;
• on 17 May, 1 x lunch and refreshments.

There will be no option for online participation in 2024.

If you are already registered but still have not paid the conference fee – please continue to SMHI:

DO I NEED A VISA?
If you wish to attend the Swedish Climate Symposium in Norrköping, you may need a visa to enter Sweden. Find out more about obtaining a visa.
You do not need a visa to enter in Sweden if you:
• are a citizen of the EU or the EEA (the EU plus Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein) or Switzerland,
• have a residence card issued by an EEA country or Switzerland because you are the family member of an EEA or Swiss citizen living in a country outside of the EEA/Swiss family member’s home country (for example, you live in Germany with your French spouse),
• are a Schengen visa holder.

CHANGE AND CANCELLATION
You can make changes in your registration with an email to the organisers (see contact below) before the registration deadline on the 15th of April. Cancellation after the registration deadline does not provide a refund.

If the organisers are forced to cancel the physical part of the conference after 15th of April, the conference fee will not be refunded.
