Submission deadline and general policies
Call for abstracts has been extended from 30 January to 4 February.
Abstracts must be submitted by 4 February at 23:59:59 CET.
Abstracts is limited to 200 words, should include up to 5 keywords, and must be written in English. Please use our template to submit your abstract, indicating your preferred presentation type (oral or poster). You should select the session that best fits your abstract, for posters you may choose “other”. Abstracts that do not follow the template will not be considered.
Before submitting, please check the daily programme for 20 May, 21 May, and 22 May, to see which sessions are currently accepting abstracts.
The corresponding author will be considered the presenting author if the abstract is accepted for oral or poster presentation. Therefore, abstracts should only be submitted if the corresponding author plans to attend the Swedish Climate Symposium.
Presentation types
Oral presentation: If your abstract is selected for an oral presentation, you will be assigned a timeslot during one of the parallel sessions. Each session may have specific guidelines regarding the length and format of presentations, which will be provided by the session chairs.
Poster presentation: there will be two dedicated poster sessions. You may submit a poster presentation with or without a 2-minute highlight pitch.

Registration
Registration for the symposium is open until 15 April. You will still need to register separately even if offered a presentation slot.
