Oral Presentations
Each session has its own guidelines regarding length and format. Please check the instructions provided by your session chair(s). Remember that the audience comes from multiple disciplines. Presentations, preferably in pptx, must be sent to the organisers no later than 17 May 23:59 for uploading to venue computers.

Poster Highlight Presentations
Your poster presentation may be 2 minutes + 1 question, and a moderator will strictly keep time. Further information about highlight areas and logistics will be provided during registration. You should prepare a poster (see details below).
Posters
Important! Poster format: A0 size (841 x 1189 mm) portrait orientation to fit the poster boards.
There will be two poster sessions. Posters should be mounted upon arrival and be taken down when you leave. You will be designated one of the two poster session where you should be prepared to present your poster. However, posters will remain on display all three days, allowing delegates to browse them throughout the days.
Posters Session 1: 20 May at 14.30-16.00. Posters must be mounted by 13.00. Even numbers.
Poster session 2: 21 May at 14.30-16. If you arrive the same day, make sure the poster is mounted by 10.00. Uneven numbers.
Poster highlights will take place during the poster sessions.
