Sponsorship information
The sponsor fee is 10 000 SEK and includes the following benefits:
- Exhibition space: A dedicated exhibition table, with room for roll-ups, where you can showcase your services/products, engage with participants, and distribute brochures throughout the symposium.
- Location: The table will be positioned close to the lecture halls and coffee stations for maximum visibility.
- Exposure: Your logo will be displayed on the conference website as a sponsor and projected onto the lecture hall screen at the start of each session and during breaks.
- Participation: The sponsor fee includes registration for one representative, enabling direct interaction between your organisation and conference participants. Additional representatives from your organisation are welcome but must register at the standard conference rate.
Please note: There is space for only 10 exhibitors, and allocation is on a first come, first served basis.
